WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

If this data set is deemed to be of longer term research interest then the data will be kept after this in anonymised form.
Other Data about Users
Other data may be recorded about users, but some of this may be considered confidential.
In this case we may assert that the public interest in keeping this information confidential outweighs the right to see this data under the GDPR legislation.
We sometimes store logs of IP addresses and requests in order to track technical problems and monitor for abuse. We delete this information after three months.
We use Google Analytics to collect standard log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone.
The legal basis for us storing and processing your user entered data is that it is in GLA's legitimate interests, and that interest is not overridden by your interests and rights. This data is being collected as part of a legal obligation to record NRMM use within London, as created as part of the planning consent. Most of the information entered will be for large organisations, but a small amount may be for sole traders and thus count as personal information. The legal basis for us storing and processing website logging is that it is in our legitimate interests.
